Yoga therapy is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor before starting a new program, and never stop or change prescribed medication without medical advice. Practise within your limits and inform your therapist of any medical condition, injury or pregnancy.

Bookings & payments

• Program fees are displayed in your selected currency and confirmed at checkout.
• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case; please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Online sessions

Live sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without permission. Practice materials are for personal use only.
