Yoga for Chronic Back Pain or Sciatica Relief
Move freely again — without fear of pain.
Chronic back pain and sciatica are often driven by weak core muscles, prolonged sitting, poor posture and stress. Our therapists assess your spine, posture and movement patterns, then design a gentle progression that relieves pressure, rebuilds strength and restores confident movement.
Many of our clients come to us after years of pain — and leave with a simple routine they can rely on for life.
